Join us for this Seasonal Ritual Circle to celebrate and welcome in the energy of Summer Solstice. In this ritual we will explore the theme of shining our light. When we consciously work with the energy of the season we begin to align with the rhythm of life. We will drink a specially prepared lavender brew, enjoy guided meditation, breathwork, movement and each create a flower crown. There will be plenty of opportunities to connect and share. Each participant will be given a elder tree essence to take home to continue to integrate the session.  

Lynn Hebblethwaite is a healer and spirit worker with a background in environmental science. She has a gentle invitational facilitation style. These ritual circles are designed to reconnect us to ourselves, each other and the cycles of Earth. 

Wear comfortable clothes and bring a bottle of water and a journal if you have one, or paper will be available. There are mats, blankets, bolsters and chairs as required. All materials will be provided
