SHIPPING INFORMATION

All our products are currently printed on demand to avoid the waste of some bulk manufacturing. We work with an on-demand order fulfilment company with facilities worldwide! Because of this there is a small additional time for the order to be fulfilled before we ship it out to you. This process is continually being improved.

FULFILMENT

How long does it take to make my products?
It takes 2-7 days to fulfil an order depending on the type of item and location, after which it’s shipped out to you.

DELIVERY

When will I get my order?
Shipping times estimated below are based on your location and are calculated from the date an order is fulfilled, not from the date the order is placed. Please allow 2-7 days for order fulfilment (avg. 4 days). 

UK: 2-5 business days
FRANCE: 3-5 business days
MOST OF EUROPE: 3-7 business days
USA: 5-8 business days
Other International Locations: 10-20 business days

 

Where will my order ship from?
We aim to ship all orders from the nearest facility to you. As well as speeding things up, it's better for the environment, and it avoids any additional costs*.

 

My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?

  • Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.

  • Ask your local post office if they have your package.

  • Stop by your neighbours in case the courier left the package with them.

  • If you're expecting a home delivery and you know you won't be home to accept it, use an address where you know someone will be in to collect it.

  • If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbour’s, get in touch with us as soon as possible with your order number.

If you have tried all of the above and still have not found your item, please contact us so we can help you to resolve the issue as soon as possible!

ORDERS

How are your products made?
We work with a reliable, high-quality print-on-demand drop shipper. They have locations worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently!

How do I track my order?
If your shipping method includes tracking, you’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, please don't hesitate to contact us. 

I received a damaged product, what should I do?
We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item with the following information: photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order; and we will get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!

Will all the products in my order be shipped together?
There are some products that we'll ship separately due to packaging differences and to protect those items.

These products are: Caps, mugs, bottles, posters, canvas and stickers. 

RETURNS

You may return unworn, unused items that were purchased on www.spacetobreathecollective.co.uk in their original condition and packaging, with all tags included, within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund back to your method of payment used. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Unfortunately we can not cover postage or any additional charges or fees that may occur at this time.

All of our products are made to order from the nearest location available to where the order was placed. We do not currently hold stock at our fulfilment locations, so all returns will need to be sent to The Space To Breathe Collective. Please get in touch when you have a return request for more information.

FAULTY OR DAMAGED GOODS

If you receive any misprinted, damaged, or defective items, please contact us within 7 days of the product being received so that we can help you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let us know within 7 days of receiving your item. Please include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!


EXCHANGES

Exchanges are not currently offered. If a different size or colour is required, simply return the original item(s) within 30 days for a refund and then place a new order for the preferred item(s). All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, The Space To Breathe Collective does not offer free returns at this time. 

Please always refer to our sizing charts located on all our product pages to ensure you are ordering the correct size. If you are unsure please get in touch.

If you have any questions or concerns regarding your product, including size/fit please contact us  as soon as possible so that we can assist you in resolving the issue as best we can. We are here to help!   

REFUNDS

Refunds are currently only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us with your order number and photos of the items and we’ll resolve the issue as soon as we can.

Any items sold under promotion or sale are non-refundable.

Please note: when returning an item for any reason, items must be unworn and have their original tags intact.

The Space To Breathe Collective is not liable for shipments sent to an address entered incorrectly at checkout or for items damaged during the return process. However, we want our customers to be happy and would love to help you resolve any issues that may arise as best we can. Please contact us if we can assist you in any way.
