    Dave Evans

Hi, I’m Dave and I’m a qualified BACP accredited counsellor with 20 years experience of working with a wide and diverse range of clients.

Counselling can provide a safe space for you to talk about anything you feel is troubling you or holding you back from moving forward. A space in which you can explore thoughts and feelings, try and make sense of what’s going on and find some tools and answers to make some positive steps. It’s a collaborative process and fostering a trusting relationship between counsellor and therapist is key. I don’t have a magic wand and I’m not an expert on your life but I can listen without judgement, perhaps offer a different perspective or occasionally a gentle challenge.

I have a Post-graduate Diploma in Counselling and Psychotherapy. I was trained initially in the person-centred approach and have received additional training in CBT and Transactional Analysis which I sometimes incorporate as part of my work with clients.

I can be contacted on 0776 8597078 (leave a message if I’m not able to pick up) or email me at: decounselling100@gmail.com

    Cecilia O'Hare

We live in anxiety provoking society and yet we want to thrive not just survive. How to manage stress and disappointment from our distressing environment is very critical on our daily basis. I am a person centred counsellor and I believe we have all our innate power to grow and achieve things we want to through our self reflection.

Talking through all those issues including physical and emotional changes we can gain clear self awareness and accept all aspects of ourselves to be a whole person.

We want to grow but it is hard to be fully open to anyone to get help which can make you feel vulnerable. Counselling can facilitate you to process all difficult feelings in safe environment. I am offering the place and time for you to reflect whatever you are bringing without judgement.
