Saturday 9th May -Enliven: Immersive and Slow Practice with Anna Ashby
This afternoon amplifies practices that enliven and bring about awakening and renewal. It supports immersive and slow practice that helps shift limiting narratives and patterns that block the flow of vital energy. The session may include tai chi movements that promote wellbeing, Restorative Yoga for nervous system regulation and a slower, more embodied yoga practice that reflects full presence and graceful expression. Yoga wisdom and modern insight can then offer frames for exploring and enlivening practice as deep enquiry.
