    Kim teaches a flow class, expect creative sequencing, a spirit of playfulness and a dose of inspiration. Everyone is welcome regardless of experience. Step off the mat feeling refreshed, nourished and balanced. Tuesday at 10.30 am

  • Geoff O'Meara

    Co-Founder of The Space To Breathe. Geoff teaches at 7 am on Thursday mornings, a class designed with you in mind and beginners yoga at 9 am on Sunday.

  • Georgina Smith

    On Thursdays at 12 pm and 6.00 pm George teaches a vinyasa flow centred around mindful movements and breath to create a moving meditation.

  • Dave Rennie

    Co-Founder of The Space To Breathe. Dave teaches a mixture of classes, a relaxing yin yoga class at 6.30 pm on Monday, a morning 7 am class with a mixture of dynamic energetic movements and breath work designed to set yourself up for a day of ease and beginners yoga on Sunday at 9.00 am.

  • John McKeogh

    John’s classes include a sequence of movements on the floor designed to promote mobility and awareness, followed by more dynamic postures to develop stability and vitality. Friday at 10.30 am.

  • Charlotte Walsh

    Charlotte teaches a mixture of breathwork, flowing movement, floor poses, yogic philosophy and meditation on Tuesday at 5.45 pm and Saturday at 9 am

  • Julie Dowman

    Julie has been practicing yoga for many years now, and teaching for almost 8.

    She really enjoys teaching vinyasa flow, encouraging students to understand the simple connection between movement and breath. Calming, grounding and empowering all in one session, is how Julie would describe the flow, with cues to help you find ease or strength within the postures.

    Thursday at 6 pm.

  • Rhi Atwal

    Rhi is a nature lover, coeliac and 90’s rnb is her favourite genre of music and covers classes at ‘the space’. Rhi finds freedom and self love through the practice of Yoga, both on and off the mat which led her to travel to India and gain her 500hr yoga alliance qualification in Vinyasa/Ashtanga yoga. Expect joyful movements incorportaing a sound element.

  • Bhavesh Ramji

    Sundays with Bhavesh. This class is aimed to set you up with a 'kind reset' ready for the coming week. A mixture of yoga styles, we spend half the class flowing through some classical posters to warm up and prepare the body for more restorative and relaxing practices, using bolsters and blankets and all the comfy props. Sunday at 1.30 pm.

  • Anna Poberezny

    Trained in hatha, vinyasa and yin, whilst also taking elements from her somatic work, Anna enjoys teaching a blend of yoga styles to create an expansive and inclusive practice. Meditation, pranayama, and embodied yoga asana will be explored, always taught through a trauma-informed lens. You are seen and welcome as you are. 

  • Karolina Kozera

    Karolina teaches vinyasa flow centred class, Preceded by breathing exercises, mantra meditation and always ending with a sound element.

  • Natália Veneziani

    Natália’s classes are gentle and calming. They start with meditation and intention setting, then move on to a progressive flow.

    Natália teaches on Monday and Wednesday mornings at 10.30 am, a restorative class at 7 pm on Tuesdays and Fridays at 5.45 pm.

  • Milena Rizotti

    Milena teaches a class that flows between postures and breath and allows a deep connection to yourself. It’s the perfect end to a Wednesday that will leave you feeling enlivened and connected. Wednesday at 6 pm.

  • Helen Cockle

    Helen’s yoga teaching journey has taken her on many paths which include pre and post-natal yoga.

    Her classes focus on calming the nervous system and steadily building a flow of prana to balance all-round health. Helen covers classes at ‘the space’

  • Eloise Clarke

    Eloïse is a passionate Vinyasa teacher offering creative, dynamic flows. She began her yoga journey with Ashtanga but has since embraced a variety of styles, including Hatha, to create classes that are both invigorating and grounding. In her sessions, you’ll experience a harmonious blend of energising movement and deep relaxation, for a holistic approach to mind and body wellness.

The Space to Breathe Collective is a wellbeing co-operative that aims to create a community of care and to carry on activities which foster collective wellbeing. Our co-operative strives to make yoga, meditation, therapy and wellbeing more accessible, inclusive and participatory. We are a not-for-profit co-operative and we are run collectively by our members. Our safer space statement is below:
