Thursdays in March - Qigong with Lou
These sessions are gently held and guided, offering an accessible Qigong practice through the 18-movement Shibashi set. Within a supportive space, we move slowly and with awareness, allowing the practice to become an invitation to presence, balance and embodied calm.

Person-centred encounter groups provide an environment where you are supported and encouraged to examine your feelings and actions in relation to yourself and others.

Space To Breathe - Monthly Assembly - an open invite
Every first Sunday of the month we host our monthly assembly at The Space To Breathe Collective from 10.30 am - 12 pm. Everyone is invited and no need to book, just turn up and get involved and have a say at what happens at Leicester’s only not for profit wellness cooperative and help shape the future.
Tuesdays in March - Breathwork with Grace
It’s the perfect time to come and try breathwork if you’re curious what it can do for you! It will be held at my favourite @space_to_breathe_ in Leicester, and these classes will be focused on shifting any emotional debris and helping to process and release any deep emotions.
Sunday 15th March Monthly Sound Bath: vibrational healing with Karolina
The Space To Breathe Collective is thrilled to collaborate with Karolina on a new Sunday, monthly 90 minute sound bath and vibrational healing. This will be a blissful way to start the new week in our beautiful and safe space.
Karolina is a certified therapist by Sound Energy Medicine Practitioners Association.

Saturday 28th March Seasonal Ceremony - Spring Equinox
Join us for this Seasonal Ritual Circle to celebrate and welcome in the energy of Samhain. In this ritual, we will explore the theme of Stillness. When we consciously work with the energy of the season, we begin to align with the rhythms of life.
We will drink a specially prepared Rose and Rosemary brew, explore the seasonal energies and our inner landscape through guided meditation, journaling and creation of a felted stone. There will be plenty of opportunities to connect and share. Each participant will be given a Yew tree essence to take home to continue to integrate the session.
