SATYA is a flowing sequence of gliding, sliding and rotational movements practiced on the floor. 

The movements are done slowly and without force. This helps to build connection between the muscle, the fascia, the joints and the nervous system.  

Combine breath with movement to encourage inner listening and mindful attention.

Move slowly, with a spirit of inquiry, to tune more deeply into the senses.

Develop connection between the muscle, the fascia, the joints and the nervous system.

Use props such as bolsters and chairs to move deeply and safely in the postures.

SATYA is a tonic to reduce fatigue and strain while building relaxation and ease.

This workshop is suitable for both beginners and experienced practitioners.
