Breathwork

A space to pause, reset, and reconnect.
These sessions are centred around conscious connected breathwork.
A simple yet powerful practice of breathing in a continuous, connected
rhythm. This way of breathing supports the body to soften, the mind to
quieten, and creates space for whatever is ready to move.

There’s no set theme.


Each session is guided by you, and what you need in that moment.
You might come to release stress or emotion, to find clarity, to reconnect
with yourself, or simply to take time out and breathe.

You’ll be gently guided through the breath, supported by music,
and held in a safe, grounded space allowing you to drop out of the thinking
mind and into the wisdom of your body.

A glimpse into the practice:

*Restores natural, full breathing - more oxygen, better energy flow.

*Releases physical & emotional tension - helps process suppressed emotions.

*Reduces stress, improves sleep, and enhances emotional regulation.

*Brings insight into unconscious patterns and beliefs.

*Creates safety in the body and restores breath freedom.

*Balances the nervous system 

*Enhances self-awareness 

There will be 1 space a week reserved for anyone who is on a low income or a student. Please contact Grace directly on breathingwithgrace@yahoo.com. Places will be allocated on a first come first serve basis, and limited to 1 session per person depending on demand. All requests will be handled with compassion and discretion."
