Join us for this Seasonal Ritual Circle to welcome in the energy of Lughnasadh. In this ritual we will explore the theme of creative flow. When we consciously work with the energy of the season we begin to align with the rhythm of life. We will drink a specially prepared Blue Lotus brew, enjoy a meditation, engage in journaling and creative practice. There will be plenty of opportunities to connect and share. Each participant will be given a London Plane tree essence to take home to continue to integrate the session.  

Lynn Hebblethwaite is a healer and spirit worker with a background in environmental science. She has a gentle invitational facilitation style. These ritual circles are designed to reconnect us to ourselves, each other and the cycles of Earth. 

Wear comfortable clothes and bring a bottle of water and a journal if you have one, or paper will be available. There are mats, blankets, bolsters and chairs as required. All materials will be provided
