A small group course with John McKeogh

This small 5-week group course is an opportunity to deepen your practice and understanding of yoga.

We will explore some of the teachings from the ancient yoga texts and consider how these teachings may inform a contemporary yoga practice. Through movement, asana, pranayama and meditation we will build a practice that can help to bring a sense of calm, lightness and ease. The small group nature of the course will allow opportunity for questions, discussion and interaction, and is suitable for all, from relative beginners to more experienced practitioners.
