Grow awareness of your body and breath
In this workshop we will guide you into growing awareness of your body by finding your own signature shape and applying it into a lovely yoga session. You will also grow awareness of your breathing as we dive deeper into an extended pranayama practice, offering you the time and space to experience the effects of it.
We close the day with yoga nidra, a restorative yoga practice that gives you the opportunity for all that was moved and shifted to land and be absorbed.
This workshop offers you a space to land softly on your mat and embrace yourself gently in compassionate practices that nurture you.

This workshop is not suitable for pregnant women.
Natalia will lead the Yoga and Restorative practices, Clare will guide the Pranayama practice.
About the instructors:
Clare is a mindfulness meditation and pranayama teacher, she has completed an advanced pranayama teacher training at The Institute of Yoga in Mumbai and teaches pure pranayama, grounded in the authentic principles of Indian yogic wisdom.
Natalia has been teaching yoga for over 10 years and is passionate about making her classes a light hearted space where yoga is practiced with presence, kindness and compassion.
