As Autumn falls upon us, the warmer months slip away and we feel ourselves descend into the darker days of the year, release from the rush and give yourself the gift of cherished time to lean into nature’s season of letting go and gentle restoration.
This workshop is crafted to align the wisdom of your body and support the shift towards this introspective season. Nourishing the mind, body and spirit, this workshop will encourage you to:
- Land tenderly with meditation and breathwork to support grounding and
soothing of the nervous system
- Enjoy slow embodied movement for gentle release
- Drop down to the subtle body, embrace stillness and softly restore through
somatic yin
- There will be time for reflection, herbal teas and light snacks
Everybody and every body is welcome. This workshop takes a trauma-informed approach, you will be seen and held just as you are.
