Breathwork - Back to Basics

In times of stress and overwhelm, the Breath is often the first thing that we forget. We might hold the Breath, or perhaps it becomes tight and shallow. Many people develop restrictive breathing patterns due to stress, trauma, posture, or emotional suppression.

In this month’s classes, we go back to basics. Focusing on identifying and transforming dysfunctional breathing patterns. Recognising restrictions, and shifting to a more open and connected breath.

Energise the Breath - 24th Feb

A glimpse into the practice:

*Restores natural, full breathing - more oxygen, better energy flow.

*Releases physical & emotional tension - helps process suppressed emotions.

*Reduces stress, improves sleep, and enhances emotional regulation.

*Brings insight into unconscious patterns and beliefs.

*Creates safety in the body and restores breath freedom.

*Balances the nervous system 

*Enhances self-awareness 

There will be 1 space a week reserved for anyone who is on a low income or a student. Please contact Grace directly on breathingwithgrace@yahoo.com. Places will be allocated on a first come first serve basis, and limited to 1 session per person depending on demand. All requests will be handled with compassion and discretion."
