New Weekly Yoga Schedule

We’ve made a few thoughtful changes to our timetable, here are the changes that complement our current schedule:

Mondays
• Yin Yoga with Dave now starts at the earlier time of 6:30 pm — a change we made a couple of months ago that’s proved really popular. It’s a great way to start your week and makes the most of free parking in the city after 6 pm

 Tuesdays
• Kim’s class now starts at 10:30 am, giving you a little more time to get into the city and lining up nicely with our other mid-morning sessions

• NEW: Restorative Yoga with Natalia at 7 pm — a gentle, nourishing class to wind down your evening. A lovely complement if you fancy doubling up after Charlotte’s energising session

Wednesdays
• No timetable changes — and we remain committed to £5 community classes, keeping yoga accessible and affordable for more people in our city

Thursdays
• NEW Gentle Flow with Georgina at 12–1 pm — we’re super happy to have our first lunchtime class! It’s a great opportunity for those who prefer daytime practice
• Georgina’s Vinyasa class continues at a slightly later time of 6:30 pm, so you can take advantage of free evening parking
• We've ended the later Yin class, but remember Dave’s Monday Yin is still going strong

Fridays
• From 25th April, we’re merging the 4:30 pm and 6 pm community yoga classes into one class at 5:45 pm, taught by Natalia. We remain committed to £5 community classes on Friday.

Saturdays
• No timetable changes, you can still practice with Charlotte at 9 am

Sundays
• Bhavesh is now teaching our first free/donation-based class at 1.30 pm, part of our ongoing commitment to equity in yoga
