Accessible Yoga. Shared Responsibility.
We know that many people are facing financial pressures, and we believe that yoga and wellbeing should be accessible to as many people as possible.
That's why our membership model starts from just £30 per month, helping more people enjoy regular yoga practice, connection and community.
Choose the membership level that feels right for you:
Community Membership – £30/month
Supporter Membership – £40/month
Solidarity Membership – £50/month
All memberships include exactly the same unlimited access to classes, workshop discounts and member benefits. The difference is simply the level of contribution you choose to make.
You can choose how much you pay and change your membership level at any time. Whether you wish to upgrade, downgrade or cancel your membership, you can do so easily by sending an email to membership@spacetobreathecollective.co.uk
We recognise that people's circumstances change, and we want our membership model to remain flexible, accessible and supportive.
Our membership model is rooted in mutuality and solidarity. If you're able to contribute a little more, your support helps us keep yoga accessible for everyone while strengthening the long-term future of the collective.
Additional income generated through Supporter and Solidarity memberships will be reinvested into:
Increasing teacher pay over time, recognising the vital contribution our teachers make.
Supporting the long-term sustainability and resilience of Space to Breathe.
Developing and maintaining our Community Hub space.
Supporting the many hours of work that happen behind the scenes to keep the collective running.
If £30 is the right membership for you, nothing changes. We remain committed to ensuring that cost is not a barrier to participation.
No contract – start, stop, upgrade or downgrade your membership at any time.
Prefer to drop in? Single classes remain £10.
Membership benefits include:
Unlimited studio classes
20% off workshops and events
10% off drinks at Leicester Coffee House Company
Yoga for Everyone
At Space to Breathe, we aim to make sure people who might not normally be able to access yoga can. This means keeping prices as low as possible, offering classes at different times of the day, and building a community of care where people are kind and welcoming to one another.
It's not about the clothes you wear, the equipment you own, or the shapes you make in class. It's about feeling comfortable, feeling supported, and hopefully feeling a little better when you leave than when you arrived.
If you practise online, we also offer two online classes each week:
Yin Yoga on Mondays at 6.30pm
Morning Yoga on Thursdays at 7.00am with Dave
At Space to Breathe, everyone can use our mats, blocks, bolsters and eye masks and practise in a beautiful, calm and welcoming yoga space in Leicester city centre.
A Community-Led Collective
Let's be honest – nobody's getting rich at Space to Breathe.
Many members volunteer their time to help keep the collective running, whether that's attending assemblies, supporting fundraising activities, helping with projects, helping develop our Community Hub, or simply lending a hand when needed. This generosity, goodwill and shared responsibility are part of what makes Space to Breathe special.
We couldn't do what we do without the support of our community.
We are committed to the idea that wellbeing and community should not be driven by profit. We put people before profit and are proud of that ethos.
The introduction of our £30 unlimited membership was an important step towards making yoga more accessible. The Community, Supporter and Solidarity memberships build on that commitment by allowing those who can contribute more to help sustain a community resource that benefits everyone.
Our membership model reflects our values by balancing accessibility with the need to create a sustainable future for the collective and everyone who contributes to it. Through mutuality and solidarity, we can continue creating a welcoming, affordable and thriving community for years to come.
